In addition to managing ACM's employees, Cici assists
other managers with her expertise in accounting, contracts,
association law, insurance, special districts, and
as government liaison. She holds a real estate brokers
license, is a former President of the Board of Realtors,
Realtor of the Year, and is one of only 1200 PCAMs nationwide
(Professional Community Association Manager, as certified
by the Community Associations Institute). In those rare
moments when she isn't working, she enjoys gardening,
travel, movies, and spending time with her grandkids.

Wayne Mattox

Operations / IT

Wayne and his team provide field consultation in
construction and landscaping services, operate ACM's
information technology systems and assists association
managers with technical matters. Before joining ACM
in 1995, Wayne's background
includes a BS and MS in Geology and Geophysics,
oil industry exploration and founding an insurance
administration firm. Outside of ACM, Wayne likes to
collect... "doesn't matter what, as long as it's old --
but antique rifles are best."

Melissa Kesler-Keithly

Most who know Melissa will say she's a workaholic who
loves managing and selling real estate.
When she's not fielding calls and emails from clients,
meeting with vendors, researching products, reviewing
financials, preparing boards to make sound decisions,
helping clients buy or sell their homes as a broker,
or working toward her PCAM, she and husband Doug keep
busy with their two boys, Tyler and Brit, boating,
camping, horseback riding, snowboarding, and the like.
